What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect your full name, email address, business name and the message you write. We also record which page you sent it from.
Please don't include participants' names, health information or other personal details in your message. We don't need them to reply to you.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange your free review, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We don't use them for anything else without asking you.
Emails from us
We'll only add you to our newsletter or send you marketing emails if you agree. Every marketing email has an easy way to unsubscribe, and we stop as soon as you ask.
Who can see it
Only Ajay reads your enquiry. We never sell or rent your information. We use trusted service providers to run our website, form and email. They store information on our behalf, and some of them may keep it on servers outside Australia. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you, and delete them when they're no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Concerns
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
